Shipping Info: We use the Nordic postal service POSTNORD. www.postnord.dk.

Shipping time examples:
USA = 1-2 days + customs (+ 2-3 days for mail box delivery)
Brazil = 4-5 days + customs (+ 2-3 days for mail box delivery)
Japan = 4-6 days + customs (+ 2-3 days for mail box delivery)
Australia ? 4-5 days + customs (+ 2-3 days for mail box delivery)
Return Policy: To return your products for a refund please notify us within 14 days from receipt under these conditions:

Please contact us at theoryprog@gmail.com within the 14-day time period for instructions. Pleasesend your order number along your request. THEORY reserves the right to not accept the refund of any product returned.

You are responsible for all costs of the return shipping (handling costs etc.). Original shipping costs are not refundable.

NOTE: Returned items must be UNUSED, meaning you didn't wear the shirt, open the CD, try on the underwear, let your cat sleep on the hoodie, etc.
Only new, unopened and sealed CDs, vinyl whatever may be returned.

Refunds are not offered for cosmetic damage due to poor return packaging this means bend corners on posters, cracked jewel case etc.
